bucky, love the tutorials they are very very helpful but, in the comments above you replied to vancar6 that you would be covering animation in this series. I was really looking forward to that but it seems that you never did it, not to undermine the work you have done but just wondering if you will ever do it? great tutorials!!
Or virtualize it for free
have you put this app in the appstore
Bucky why didn't you use code hinting
@thenewboston please continue to do cocos2d Tutorials !!! I have read like 3 books up to now, but it doesn't help understanding the matter properly. (You)/I can only learn by practising it and you are sooo great at explaining !!!!

If I wanted to implement an explosion or things blowing up and flying all over the place, could you point me in the right direction? I purchased an objective c book and will be buying a newer mac once I receive my next check.. Will you be making that tut on how to make character movements more smooth? Thanks for all the help.
looks like neoquest lol
Yo dude. Some Tutorials earlier you said that properties are stored in a NSMutableDictionary, yet here you are using just and NSDictionary. Does that make and difference?
Great work btw, your tutorials are helping me big time!
could you paste the code somehow because its not working on the simulator and i dont know why!
where do i find your iphone apps
@thenewboston Can't you make this tutorial but in PyGame 😀
Hmm I actually started to wonder, with "the dude' did you refer to the big lebowski?
@simme808 you can lifehacker(dot)com/5583650/run-mac-os-x-in-virtualbox-on-windows
@vancar6 im going to be going over animation in a few tutorials. this wil make it look like the guy is walking from tile to tile
@vancar6 Its because its on a grid, Make the man move instead of 32 by 32 try 16 by 16
@elieobeid77 the iPhone SDK is only for Mac. You can get an Obj-c compiler (mingw-32), but it won't be able to do all of this, I've tried (On Ubuntu using gcc/g++)
To all the people who don't have a Mac: get a cheap one on craigslist or eBay or something like that.
